Online sources for potential multiunit property

hello BP community,

I was wondering if any of you out there know of any resources or websites to find multiunit properties (primarily in New Jersey).  I've tried loopnet.com as well as trulia/realtor/Zillow but these are more for single family homes not really multiunits or duplexes. If anyone has any tips or pointers I'd appreciate it.

@Sagar Naik You can always drive neighborhoods you like and write down address to direct mail. Another way is to start networking with brokers and property managers.
