Hemet, CA
Looking to research Hemet, CA for investment property. Is there a group of investors out there on BP?
Tough tenant base. Low appreciation and low rents. I'd stay away from the 2 bedroom senior housing. You don't need to be a senior to own it. Prices look tempting, but they don't go up.
