I have a great potential rental property in Fayetteville, NC. How is the market down in Fayetteville? The property is not far from downtown Fayetteville. The property has great potential to be very nice!

Im wondering are there a lot of people in that area who Buy and Hold for rental properties?

I need help from my Bigger Pockets family. Im trying to understand the market.

If you are interested in the property feel free to contact me.

Thanks,

Rashad Brooks

Lots of good buy and hold investments in Fayetteville!

Market is decent: military gives so economic insulation, there is no appreciation though because incomes stay so low and there is little to no industry.

Flipping is popular right now, but I expect that trend to slow soon.
