Should I buy too good to be true properties?
So I was researching properties and I came across several properties that were listed for sale at extremely low prices. For example, one apartment unit was for sale for a mere $1000 while being worth at least $90000 and I checked to make sure and it was the actually price for the whole unit not just rent. Another one was for $2000 worth $200000 and one was even priced for $8500 but worth over $2000000. I'm not sure if these are real and if I should act on them or if I should partner with someone. Any advice or comments are appreciated.
