Land Buyers Silicon Valley CA, Best Source?

Hi,

We are working with a land seller in the Los Gatos CA Mountains. What is the best source of land buyers one can look into? This is about 15 minutes out of town, so there are fewer buyers that are willing to go up the mountain roads and add to their commute. We have house plans, and it is 80 acres, but I'm sure each buyer may have different ideas on how to use the land.

I have looked into loopnet, but am not sure that is the best source for residential oriented buyers.
