Question on zip code Fort Worth, TX 76108

Hi Everyone!

I live in CA and I plan to buy a rental property in Forth Worth/Dallas area. What is your opinion of Fort Worth, TX 76108? My agent suggests this zip code since it's close to Lockheed Martin and the Navy base. I'm targetting 4 Bedroom properties which are selling 145-155k and my agent says.. expected rent is $1350.  I want to get a second opinion. What do you think about this zip code? Any idea about the occupancy rates? Pls share your thoughts.
