Hi BP community,

This is my first post however have been on BP for some time. I moved to the US about 2 years ago and looking at investing in real estate. I've been a real estate investor for over 10 years in Australia but the strategies I used where for CP gain.

I would love some input on the following:

1. What do you think is the ideal investment location for a long term buy and keep (CF driven investment)

2. Is it better to look at growing areas like Austin or look at strong cash flow areas like Chicago and Jacksonville

3. I have excellent credit but not sure how to approach financing in the US. As I live in California would it be best to look at a portfolio lender if I buy in another state?

4. Thoughts on TurnKey management. Worth the premium?

Appreciate the help!

Cheers,
Ram
