Different Routes to Getting a Real Estate License

I’m going to use my job’s tuition reimbursement to get a real estate license. I’m researching my options on this site: http://illinoisrealtor.org/education/prelicense_broker

What’s the quickest way to get a license? I’m guessing e-study or home study? Are those two essentially the same, just e-study is paperless?

Anything to know/do before signing up?
