Listing agent is charging buyer $399 compliance fee to Buyer, I have provided the offer guideline form below for you to review. This fee, as well as my office fee of $395 gets paid for at closing. So it will not be a out of pocket expense. It is not typical for Listing Agents to pass the sellers fee to the Buyer, but its something this agent is doing. Is this common?
