Problems Canadian Investors are Facing

Hey everyone

I thought I would start a discussion to get my fellow Canadian BP members more involved and see if there are any AHA's anyone has recently stumbled upon.

Also what are the biggest problems you are facing in today's market?

I know personally in my market property values are starting to sky rocket up and multiple offers are much more common. Killing some of the deals for the typical investors as more out of town money floods the area.

From an investor looking to buys perspective it hurts the potential for buying below or even at market value, but as a property owner I do love this appreciation
