New kid in school

I equate the process of learning about real estate and trying to find a mentor like being the new kid in class. If you don't know what that's like please allow me to explain for those of you that may not have ever been the new kid in class. I moved between schools a couple of times when I was a kid. So therefore,  I had to adapt to a new school from time to time. Sitting in class not knowing anyone or not wanting to raise your hand because you're not sure if you got the answer right. Sitting waiting sweating hoping the teacher doesn't call on you. Not knowing where to go once the bell rang. It's a lot like real Estate in my opinion. If you're new to real estate like am and many others, you're afraid to ask the question because you don't want to look stupid. You don't want the seasoned guy's to call you on something. If you were lucky enough in school to get a student council member to show you around the school and help you out then it wasn't so bad. If you can do the same in real estate by finding a mentor out there to help you then do it. I guarantee you will feel a lot better. Hopefully we have enough of those student council members on BP that are willing to show us around. Myself included. Hope your first day at your new school is a good one. Good luck everyone.
