Would you consider a equity loan out on your personal home or Credit line. to invest in a great purchase deal?

4 investment properties move in ready . Fair market Value between all 4 single family properties are between $60 to 68K .

purchasing in a package deal for $107k

I want to hold on too some cash, so I'm considering Home equity or line of Credit

I know these 2 options depend on what my plans are with this 4 properties.

Also, I would like to save on some fees, from using the bank.. Credit line and home equity are quicker options in this situation,,

Just trying to get a feel from other investors..

thank you.
