Reviewing Potential Markets for Real Estate Investments

Hi BiggerPockets,

I'm a newbie to investing out of state.  My husband and I will like to begin our real estate investment journey; by investing in small multiunits.  We are reviewing markets that we would like to invest in.  Dallas, TX is one of the markets we are looking at. 

We will be visiting Dallas in the next couple of months.  Can anyone recommend  a property manager and real estate agent; who has experience with investment properties in Dallas TX.
