investing from remote locations/nationwide?

Okay so my wife and I are 23 years old and new investors. The plan is to live in a travel trailer full-time to be able to invest nationally. 

My question is do any of you on here have experience with holding and maintaining investments in many states? And if so, what has made that manageable for you?
