Cheap home refinance question (condition)

Hey my name is Leon Chappell. I have been seeing homes pop up for sale for around $12,000 that after renovation could sell for $150,000. The homes are in very bad condition though. Maybe C5-C6. Are there any kind of finance option for these cheap houses that need alot of work? Im looking to flip the homes....Another question I have is do you know where I can find examples/pictures of C5-C6 condition homes?
