Cheap home refinance question (condition)

Hey my name is Leon Chappell. I have been seeing homes pop up for sale for around $12,000 that after renovation could sell for $150,000. The homes are in very bad condition though. Maybe C5-C6. Are there any kind of finance option for these cheap houses that need alot of work? Im looking to flip the homes....Another question I have is do you know where I can find examples/pictures of C5-C6 condition homes?

Your best bet will be to partner with investors that will fund the deal for you and split the profits. They are out there in groves lurking on the marketplace. Get one under contract and put all the details together and put in on the marketplace here on BP. You'll get the money you need if you really have a good deal.
