Hello Everyone ,

My name is Nick and i live in Florida , a newbie with one flip under my belt

I am going to be visiting my inlaws in Rockwall texas and would love to start investing in flips in Dallas. I love the city and hope to build something there that would eventually nudge me to move out  there! Dallas being so huge is hard to "decipher" . I am not sure in which areas to concentrate on my search for the flip market. Also if someone has a reputable wholesaler in mind , i would appreciate it. I am looking for single family flips but open to multi family as i can bring in more investors.

Thank you all for your help!
