Selling a home - should i go with conventional offer or FHA?
Hello,
I am selling a home in Houston, have 2 offers. One is going conventional (20%) down (offer amount is 150K), and the other is FHA (152K offer with 2K) towards closing. Which one is better? Both have pre approval letters for more than this amount. Questions:
1) Which is the better offer? And why?
2) How soon will I be able to close with a motivated buyer in each scenario.
Please reply soon.
Thanks!
