Pro Tip To Maximize Your Leads

^This is a photo posted by a user on Reddit. An auto repair shop sent their client a thank you card and it was shared THOUSANDS of times by impressed individuals. Jim took 5 minutes and spent a few dollars to have his company blasted all over the social media fields. If this individual took the time to post it online I can guarantee you they refer Jim to their friends. Hopefully your sellers don't end up with another distressed property down the road. But that doesn't mean they don't have friends who need help. In Real Estate we're often getting people out of really rough situations. If you can keep your company in their mind... All the better. So stand out from the crowd. When you buy an off market deal. Follow up with your sellers.

It doesn't hurt to ask for referrals or even offer to help them invest it better this time around!
