Is Zillow TOTALLY off in Kansas City, MO?

I was researching some properties in KC using Zillow (running numbers through a turnkey provider's listing). The Zillow estimate (aka. Zestimate) is consistently 20K or more less than the turnkey provider's asking price. So my question for fellow Kansas City investors: is the Zillow totally wrong in KC or is the TK company asking too much?
