Tracking down the owner
I am having trouble tracking down the owner to a prospective property. I have contacted the assessors office and got a name, plugged that into whitepages, got some numbers but they were disconnected. I was wondering if anyone had any other creative ways of tracking down owners, if this method doesn't work. I am located in the West Hollywood area but the house in question is in Inglewood, close to where the rams stadium will be.
Thanks!
