"Subject to" deal
Can you guys provide some good strategies/advice for doing a subject to the existing loan deal? The house is listed for 60k and has been tenanted since he bought the house some years back. Haven't gotten any information on the loan or if there's any equity in the house. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks
