Funding for Flipping

Any one have any experiencesuggestions with a group called Funding for Flipping?   Pro or con?

Just do a search ...it's all there.  Due diligence is a must and understanding the product, program and fees is vital. In my opinion, it's not anything you can't do yourself IF you find the model something that will bring you value for real estate investing which in my opinion, I don't.
