Selling my package of homes

Hello, fellow Bigger Pockets Investors

I am considering selling my package of 45 rental homes. I have researched the current market values. And, of course, I know the monthly gross rents, etc. So how do i figure a way to sell them?

It may be best to not take a big cash-out all at once, due to tax implications. And I may want to see the outcome of the elections before I actually sell them. Any advice?

( I hesitate to give actual numbers here, since many people in my area are on Bigger Pockets and i would rather keep my information private until I am ready to go with this.)

Why not Owner Finance to another investor using terms that meet your financial objectives (e.g. 1MM loan amortized at 30 years with a 10 year balloon)?
