Hi BP,

I'm looking into some turnkey company in Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, Colorado and other growing areas. Do you have any referrals that I can look into?

Sincerely,

Han

@Kusmayadi Djunaidi turnkey and growing are typically not happening together. Turnkeys are for cash flow. Growth is for appreciation. They are opposites. I know of no one doing turnkey in Denver. Perhaps someone will chime in and correct me. The market doesn't really allow turnkey here. There are no homes to fix up for flips let alone to turn around hold as rentals. There is low to no cash flow on the rentals that are offered for sale. Pretty much anything that can be rented, can be sold to a retail buyer for more money.  The price point is pretty high as well. Typically turnkeys are priced in the lower segment of the market so that the cash at risk is relatively low.
