Pros and cons on doing a FSBO

Hello. I am currently updating my primary residence as a live in flip, and was getting ready to list with my agent in or around April 1st. Then I started thinking about putting an add on Craigslist, Facebook and a sign in the front yard to do a for sale by owner as I get closer and closer daily on being done with update/rehab. My pros: -Start to get the word out that my house is on the market to be sold. -Potentially save on commission if it sells. Cons: I really can't come up with any. What do you think? Is it worth a shot and are there any other pros or cons that I've missed?
