Hello my name is Lazaro , i'm new in this business so i'm learning from 0. Can i put a house under contract using a Real Estate agent ? Please help every single question answer is one step closer to the first deal.

Sure you can but I would use an investor minded agent because they will know what your trying to accomplish and help you in other ways. Plus, since your new, you will gain more knowledge of the process til you become comfortable doing your own. But if your buying off market properties, you will need to write your own offers.
