Most effective lead generation?
Hi BP! Newbie question:
I have a little experience with real estate investing (own a couple rentals and just bought a cheap fixer house from a couple facing tax foreclosure that we found driving by and seeing their FSBO sign).
I have tried yellowletters mailing campaign in the past which resulted in visiting a few properties, one offer and no deal.
I was wonderig, in your opinion, what has been the most effective lead generation (least time commitment, least money, and most results)?
While our contractor is working on our fixer house, our money is tied up and I thought it would be a good idea to keep searching for deals to wholesale until we get return on our project.
Thanks in advance!
David
