Winterization stickers only represent that the EXISTING plumbing had air blown thru the lines, tanks drained, fixtures drained. The Fannie, and Freddie vendors even winterize properties with no copper lines to protect fixtures as much as possible. You signed bank Addendums that state As Is sale. Hard learned lesson here, sorry!
