House in 55+ retiremtnt community

Hello BP community,

I have a property for sale in a 55+ retirement community in Las Vegas and its been in the market for quite a while. Any recommendations on how to get this property sold faster? 

The house is listed on the MLS and other sites such as zillow, trulia, etc. I have a realtor but I feel that to get this property sold faster I need to use unconventional methods.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.
