Realtor Selection Problem
I am just starting the process of looking to buy my first home that I would like to live in for the short term and eventually turn into a rental. I am very inexperienced with only what I have read and heard on the podcast. For my first home buying experience, I have decided to go the traditional retail route and try to find a bit of a fixer upper just to go through on whole transaction with the help of a realtor before I look into less conventional methods.
As with my banks, I contacted several realtors to see which might be the best fit for me. One I have talked with on the phone and the other I met one in person at a house showing. I do not want to burn any bridges or make either of them mad mad that I am going behind their backs about the situation but at the same time I don't feel I have had enough time to choose which to go with. Any advise on the industry standard or most tactful way to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

@Russell Brazilthank you for putting it in the eyes of the realtor for me. I can understand how that makes sense.
