Wow, 1,000 post in. It's been a fun ride!

Just realized I am at 1,000 posts. Holy cow! BP has helped reinvigorate me, such that I picked up some more properties this past year. I am amazed at the depth of knowledge of people on here, and it has been great just talking with like minded people, since the pool of thinking investors is fairly shallow where I live. 

Here's to the next 1,000!
