Interested in Vacant Lot owned by Investment Trust

Bigger Pockets Community,

I am an investor and home owner in Tulsa, Oklahoma and interested in a vacant lot property. The county assessor's website list the owner as an investment trust based in oxnard, california. The only other date on the county assessor's website is the date of 1993.

Originally, I thought that this property was inherited, but there is some evidence that there was a house there not too long ago which I thought implied that there might be an active investor involved.

If anyone has any suggestions on how I might be able to find out more information?
