Anyone w/Funds 2/Buy Homes in San Diego/Oceanside want to team up

Wondering If there is Anyone in the San Diego area that can Buy Homes ( Has the Funds ) - want to Team up for Buy / Fix / n Flip  ..until I get my R.E  lic . myself I can do anything that doesn't require one ... Mean while my Father a Broker , My Brother an Agent & a Friend of Ours a Pre- qualfier for Home Purchasing's could e useful as a Team to Buy n Flip . I can locate the property's to buy at great prices ...thats where the funding comes in .
