Hello , I'm looking to shadow an investor in a Sheriff sale any where in New Jersey. I attended dew sheriff sales before, but I have few questions.  for sure, it is my pleasure to invite for lunch and have a conversation that may lead to partner in flipping or taking advantage of your experience on a bigger project.
