VA Loan Question
Aloha from Hawaii!
We have a property (condo) for sale that is listed for $249k and a VA loan offer was made for $269k. The appraisal came in at $245k. We have done a lot of work to this property and it is one of the best units. Should we accept the $245k or should we counter offer $255k? We are not familiar with VA loans and its rules.
This is our first sale, so some insight would be greatly appreciated! Mahalo.
