Investing in Orlando, Florida

Hi, my family has plans to move to Orlando, Florida 2 or 3 years from now. I wanted to see if it's good to invest in a single family home now while we're still here in Canada. Also, where is the best area to invest in Orlando? It would really be great if we can get a great cash flow from this investment. We're from Toronto where we currently have 2 income properties. Would there be any lender willing to loan us the 80% for buying a property there? Another thing, is there anyone from BP who are currently managing turn key properties in that area? I would really love to connect with you. Thanks and have an awesome day to all :)

Hello @Leila De Castro welcome to Bigger Pockets.

Orlando has a very strong rental market right now. Rents have been rising and properties rent quickly.

I have had customers use TD Bank for their first property at 80% LTV. I would be happy to share the contact information for one of the local TD loan officers. I will send you a PM.
