Are there any issues, or are you even able to, doing a 1031 exchange on a property you own subject too the existing mortgage/financing and still a balance due on the mortgage/financing?????? Seems like there would be complications with the financing being in someone else's name when your trying to show your non taxable profit you want to buy your next property with.
