Where is a good market?
Hello - I'm somewhat new to the game...have purchased two SFR in California a couple years ago. Thinking about another SFR or Duplex in a A or B neighborhood with good schools...budget $100-300k.
Have looked at Marchall Reddick's Real Estate Network a bit but not sure. Where should I go? Also I'm told it is super important to find a good property manager...don't know how to begin.
Can you share your advise? Thank you!!

There are good markets all over the place. What is your goal? Is this for long term wealth building or for income now? You mention a property manager. Is this because you're thinking the property will be some distance from you? A property manager doesn't have to be a given but it's a good idea to include the cost of one in your analysis in case you decide to use one in the future.
