Problem selling with foundation braces on the basement walls?

We have a home currently under contract and it needs braces on 3 of the walls in the basement. If we have the foundation fixed it comes with a lifetime transferable warranty to the new owners. I wasnt sure if this would scare a lot of new buyers or would it be something to put in the listing since it's guaranteed for life. Has anyone ever flipped a house and had this process done? Did it take a long time to sell? Did it still sell for what other comps were selling for? Thanks Earl
