Hello All. I have read some good things on here before joining and many thanks for that.

I have come to an agreement on a house purchase with a seller.  There are no realtors involved. This is a low end cash deal. I have purchased cash, no contingencies in the past, so I'm comfortable and familiar with the situation. In the past, though, I have always used a realtor, so this is why the question.

The details of price and who will pay what at closing have been worked out verbally. So, I'm thinking we just complete a sales agreement and I contact a closing/title company and they will take care of all the paper filing and research. Is this correct? Is there a reason to involve a real estate attorney on this uncomplicated deal? I'm even wondering if a title company might have the attorney?  Thanks for answers and advice in advance as I'm better with my hammer than my pen.

I don't see any reason why you wouldn't just fill out a standard (for your area) purchase agreement and take that to a title company and ask for a closing.  Title should be able to walk you through everything.
