I am in need of a Real Estate Attorney.  Please advise and recommend.  I currently have two properties that I am selling.  Also Can anyone recommend a individual or company that can perform title searches?  I am looking to purchase some properties on auction and want to do my home work in terms of the title search.  Thanks for your help and have a great week!
