I'm so tired of hearing other investors crying about the numbers not being accurate, the ARV isn't correct.. blah blah blah.... Do your own damn due Diligence, What So Hard To Understand About That? You cant trust these numbers given out by wholesalers or sellers. Don't complain, do you research.
