Bolthouse Homes located in Indiana

Hi everyone,

Has anyone heard of Bolthouse Homes in Indiana (although they work in the Chicago area) and specifically their Fix and Flip Joint Venture process.  Basically you supply the funding and they do the rest (Acquire, close, rehab, sell) and you split the profit 50/50.  I saw an ad for them and trying to do my due diligence.
