I've always wondered how the MLS came to dominate the home buying and selling experience, and also wonder if it had a competitor, or if there were a different way to do business. There is the wholesaling method, and maybe the FSBO avenue. But have you heard of Everyhome.co?

As of now, only homes in Washington and California. Here is the blurb from the Seattle Times about the new start up. What do people think of this outfit and this route of real estate?
