Great article on practical ideas on getting rich

I've gone to several bigger pocket meet ups and have started mentoring a handful of new investors in how to buy multi family properties.  I talk about how I went about building my real estate portfolio and explain my methodical approach to buying  properties, implementing a buying and hold strategy, and building my  income through renovating and renting.  Based on this, I just read this article by a very successful entrepreneur that fits along my approach as well and wanted to share it as it has great applications to real estate investing-hope this helps those with beg dreams understand it is really not through quantum leaps but hard work and persistence that you continue to "get rich slowly".
