Ever Tried Co-Wholesaling And Got Cut Out The Deal In The End?

Yup, this happened to me 2 months ago. Had A wholesaler bring me a deal, the funny thing is i had a fellow cash investor looking to that exact deal. After all is set, walk through is done, Inspection went good, deposit is made. Now its time to meet at the closing table. At the time, I was out of town, and trusted the co wholesaler with the deal. And yes, all paper work was in play. The closing day was set, all went well.. Come to find out, This dude (wholesaler) is MIA. I'm still looking for him till this day. My point is, never go out of town during the closing time frame. Where's My Check???

When I find you buddy... MAN!!!!!!!!!! its on..

Let me know something that happened to you similar to this.
