HUD Owned Property

I received a postcard in the mail for the property that is right next to the house we purchased to flip. They are asking 65k for it but it is pretty beat up. They neighborhood house prices average 130-170K ARV. By judging from pictures it looks like there needs to be 50-60k spent on fixing it up as it is in bad shape. Again, it needs actual inspection to determine the true cost of renovation.

Does anyone have experience with HUD house? How can one get a deal?
