Hello all -

I am new to investing in real estate - in fact this would be my first. I have live in Atlanta a long time and but need some help figuring which areas are better for investing. Have been reading up on this for a while and figure i just need to go ahead and get started but the location has me stumped. Any thoughts on this would be appreciated.
