Deal or No Deal
I need your help BP fam. I'm a wholesaler who has made contact withwith a motivated seller who wants to sell me her home. She wants to sell home for $35,000 in area where comps are 26-27,000. She has someone who wants to rent to own at 35,000 with 10,000 down. She would then sell to me for $22,000 to be out of the picture and then I would sell to investor. The investor would get $10,000 plus rent until it's paid off. Is this a deal for me or no deal?
