Multifamily Financing in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and NJ

Hi All,

I came across some content related to FreddieMac Multifamily lenders.

I have used a few for SFHs, but not for multifamily units. Have you used one of these lenders before for multifamily financing?

If so, how was your experience? Did you find their fees, rates, requirements, etc... acceptable?

Thank You
